On August 20th, I’ll be leading a nordic walking and pole bounding clinic in Northfield, Minnesota. Come join me!
This clinic is for anyone who wants to work on their ski technique and training in the summer – beginners and experienced nordic skiers!
The morning will be a kids session where we’ll work on drills, coordination, ski technique and play some games. After lunch and a slideshow presentation where I’ll share all the best pictures, race stories and experiences from traveling the world as a ski racer, we’ll have the adult session where we’ll work through technique drills, nordic walking and bounding. During the afternoon, the kids will go on a nature walk. It will be a fun day and a great opportunity to get individual technique work and find more fun ways to improve nordic skiing in the summer!
